Claims BI & Analytics area is responsible to provide transformed and analyzed data to support decision making for claims operations in the company for the LATAM region. **KEY OBJECTIVE**: Responsible of gathering, analyzing and interpreting data in order to derive valuable insights that inform claims key business decisions. Work Experience **MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Developing and managing business intelligence solutions. - Providing reports and accurate estimates including advance mathematical or statistical models based on data analysis. - Executing calculations to determine the probability and risk of different claims scenarios. - Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and create reports to simplify the key decision-making process at a regional and local claims level. - Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation. - Take the required training established by Chubb. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**: - Professional in Mathematics, Statistics or Administration (Economy / Business / Finance) areas. - Post grade studies in Actuary, Statistics or similar. - Experience in similar roles 3-5 years. - Mathematical, Analytical, Research and Business skills. - SQL development and programming apps. - Exposure to Agile development methodologies. - Communication skills. - English skills. - Customer/Collaboration and Project Leadership, developing and own the relationship with vendors, different team members across the Chubb. - Demonstrate patience and self-control, especially under high pressure situations in meetings or conversations with difficult persons.
