Job Summary We are a leading technical recruiting agency that specializes in sourcing and placing highly qualified engineering candidates for our clients in the technology industry. We are seeking an experienced technical recruiter to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified engineering candidates for our clients. Responsibilities Source and identify highly qualified engineering candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to both candidates and clients. Negotiate job offers and close placements with clients and candidates. Earn a commission per placement, based on the candidate's salary. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering candidates and clients through ongoing relationship management and business development activities. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the technology job market. Skills/Qualifications Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in an agency setting. Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and place highly qualified engineering candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
