Base pay range Lab Cortex is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform developer with strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Database architecture standards and principals. C andidate must be experienced in API development to establish and integrate web services. The role will work closely with clients through our consulting services under the direction of a project manager. Documenting business requirements, then designing and developing applications and business process solutions for highly regulated industries. Role requires team member to be analytical, detail oriented with clear written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Work closely with clients and internal team members to document business requirements then design, develop, implement and maintain new and existing solutions. Ensure that assigned projects are fully completed within the expected timeline and meet business requirements and organizational goals. Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of technologies used by our clients and company. Ensuring that any relevant certifications are renewed within their respective expiration periods. Understand the customer business context and the impacts the project has on successful business outcomes and use operational and technical expertise to deliver brilliant experiences by resolving customer issues and ensuring quality and timeliness. Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders, and develop project related documents that are clear, concise, and accurate. Communicate effectively with technical as well as non-technical staff and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Manage and coordinate work allocation, escalations, in support of the project team members as needed. Actively support and identify areas of improvement that ensure success and sustainable growth of the organization and its clients. Qualifications Professional proficiency in English, capable of writing and communicating technical and business requirements with clients. A minimum of a B2 CEFR or equivalent language certification/experience required. Experienced in developing and implementing business process automations through Microsoft Power Automate workflows that integrate Microsoft and 3rd party services. Experienced in designing and maintaining Microsoft DataVerse and SQL Databases which adhere to industry standards and best practices for data governance. Experienced in developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Apps applications that comply with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards and best practices. Experienced in creating dashboards and reports through Microsoft Power BI that provide clear insights into business processes and KPIs. Experience with API protocols and architecture styles to the integrate client and 3rd party services. Working knowledge of Office 365 products and Microsoft Services. Working knowledge of Lean Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) principals and Agile methodology for software development and project management.
