**Description** As a Life Insurance Telemarketing Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining life insurance policies, and generate interest in obtaining a quote for Life Insurance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and sales skills to meet and exceed targets. **Responsibilities** - Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients using call lists or the CRM system. - Present and promote agency services while effectively communicating the value of Life Insurance coverage. - Engage prospects with strategic qualifying questions to determine their interest and eligibility. - Seamlessly hand off qualified leads to licensed agents for further assistance. - Accurately document call details and update lead records in the CRM system. - Achieve established goals for daily calls, lead conversions, and overall productivity. - Maintain a professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor when representing the agency. **Requirements**: - Bilingual - Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (200-300 per day) - Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections positively - High energy, goal-driven, and coachable attitude - Previous experience with life insurance campaigns is a plus - Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated - Located in Medellin, Colombia
