The firm provides clients worldwide with customized service and a level of excellence that have become the firm’s hallmark in several primary practice areas - ports and harbors; coastal, environmental and water resources; urban waterfronts and marinas; transportation, bridges and rail; inspection and rehabilitation; and energy. **Duties and responsibilities**: General Ledger: - Prepare the financial records for the countries assigned by the accounting manager LATAM - Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled or cleared monthly - Perform and maintain general ledger account reconciliations - Compose Misc. Journal Entries - Reconcile and clear suspense accounts Financial Statements: - Review for accuracy and analyze. - Make follow up to ensure every transaction/accrual/calculation was recognized on time and properly. - Prepare monthly exception reports and review reports. Reconciliation with third parties: - Reconcile M&N; financials with the local financial statements provided by the Outsourcing in each country. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
