A Second Cook is responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place in the kitchen and assists the First Cook. What will I be doing? As a Second Cook, you will be responsible for: Preparing the mise en place for the kitchen Setting up orders for sales points Ensuring organization and hygiene in the kitchen Preparing food using appropriate techniques under supervision Storing and checking the validity of food Assisting other departments as needed Transmitting shift information during handovers Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor What are we looking for?
