Job Description: We seek an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in payment industry to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to payment processing, fraud prevention, and financial reconciliation. - Conduct in-depth analysis of existing payment systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Identify and document business processes, system functionalities, and integration points to support comprehensive requirements specifications. - Lead workshops, interviews, and discussions to elicit requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts. - Develop clear and concise documentation, such as business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and data mappings. - Analyze complex data sets and payment trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business growth and risk mitigation. - Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementations. - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the payment domain. Requirements and Technical Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting. - At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the payment industry, with deep understanding of payment processes, systems, and industry standards. - Strong knowledge of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and emerging payment technologies. - Proven track record of delivering payment-related projects from requirements gathering to solution implementation. - Experience working with payment gateways, acquirers, processors, and other payment service providers. - Familiarity with payment regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. - Detail-oriented mindset with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
