Title and Summary Manager, Product Management - SSO000174 Overview The Network Behavior Management team is looking for a Manager, Product Management responsible for the ideation, development, and technical management of programs and services aimed at improving network performance and ecosystem activity. This role involves managing existing programs for identifying, detecting, and preventing improper network performance and leveraging AI & ML for new product development. Opportunity In this position, you will: Directly manage a set of Transaction Processing Excellence (TPE) programs, responsible for daily operations. TPEs are global programs designed to drive behavior or compliance with Mastercard Rules, Standards, and Best Practices. Ensure the TPE programs promote the expected behavior and compliance, working closely with regions and major customers impacted by these programs. Identify and lead potential enhancements to increase effectiveness or expand the scope of the programs. Lead new programs and services from design to implementation. Coordinate effective communication and socialization of program changes and new initiatives to regions and stakeholders. Support the incubation of new ideas leading to credible product innovations and improvements aligned with the global network strategy. Use data analysis and business knowledge to support decision-making and business needs. All About You The ideal candidate should have: Experience in product ideation, management, and analytics from conception to launch. Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills. Ability to drive initiatives independently and make decisions with limited data. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields. Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
