Job Summary ELT Learning Consultant defines strategies with customers, attending to their specific needs, to close new business and maintain existing accounts. This role involves organizing and planning sales strategies across the assigned territory, creating customized solutions for clients, developing strategic plans including technology solutions, and building deep, long-term relationships with clients. What You’ll Do: Identify priorities and develop action plans for the assigned territory. Develop account-specific action plans. Define strategic plans with clients. Achieve financial, sales, penetration targets, and business forecasting. Update opportunities in CRM. Address specific client needs. Know NGL product line, applications, and value propositions. Investigate customer needs thoroughly. Skills You Will Need: Minimum 3 years of successful direct sales, ELT, or editorial experience. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation and training skills. Customer-oriented with the ability to foster effective relationships. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional technology.
