About This Role This role reports directly to the HR Manager at GAP and is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Human Resources department. - Audit internal Human Resources processes and documentation. - Update Human Resources policies and guidelines. - Manage active employee documentation. - Consolidate and organize Human Resources data within internal control archives. - Collaborate with regional teams to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience for our employees. - Support logistics for implementing internal activities. Required Skills - Certificate or degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related field. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. - Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to achieve objectives. - Effective task organization and follow-through. - Focused on results, strong communication skills, and good interpersonal relationships. - Ability to handle confidential employee information and administrative matters. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps. - Intermediate English proficiency (desired).
