About the Role: As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, you will lead the implementation of LexisNexis Risk Solutions' products across various delivery channels (e. G. XML, Web Services, Cloud, hosted web applications). You’ll work with clients from diverse industries—including financial services, healthcare, government, and insurance—providing expert guidance and third-level technical support to ensure successful integration and long-term value. This role combines technical expertise with a consultative approach, helping clients solve complex challenges while contributing to continuous improvement across teams and products. Responsibilities: Deliver technical integration and consulting services to clients and internal teams. Share product knowledge and best practices to support successful implementations. Analyze and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain clear and inclusive communication with clients and stakeholders. Support installation, configuration, and project planning activities. Provide third-level support for XML and related technologies. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations. Contribute to team projects and process improvements. Stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends. Mentor peers and support knowledge sharing across the team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience in technical consulting or client-facing technical roles. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Knowledge of SOAP/JSON web services and XML. Programming experience (e.g. PowerShell, C#, Python). Awareness of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenShift).
