eCommerce Strategist Job Description We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ecommerce strategy, preferably with CPG/FMCG clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client brand positioning, category dynamics, and competitive landscape across Amazon and other US eRetailers. They will define content strategies tailored to each platform and aligned with the client's brand identity and business goals. In addition, the Ecommerce Strategist will collaborate with SEO, creative, and project management teams to ensure effective execution of strategy. They will also build optimization frameworks and briefs for content creation (product pages, A+ content, brand stores). The role requires strong skills in data analysis and performance reporting. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with data from tools like Helium 10, Google Analytics, Share-of-Search platforms, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client brand positioning, category dynamics, and competitive landscape across Amazon and other US eRetailers. - Define content strategies tailored to each platform and aligned with the client's brand identity and business goals. - Collaborate with SEO, creative, and project management teams to ensure effective execution of strategy. - Build optimization frameworks and briefs for content creation (product pages, A+ content, brand stores). - Monitor performance metrics (visibility, conversion, digital shelf KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in ecommerce strategy - ideally with CPG/FMCG clients. - Advanced level of English - at least C1. - Proven understanding of Amazon content formats (PDPs, A+, Brand Stores) and best practices. - Experience with internal performance tracking tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Retail Insights, Search Query Performance, or similar. - Strong skills in data analysis and performance reporting. - Comfortable working with data from tools like Helium 10, Google Analytics, Share-of-Search platforms, etc. We offer: - Cooperation based on a B2B contract or individual contract through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation - 26 paid days off from service provision plus Bank holidays as paid days off - Opportunity to work with international brands and to participate in exciting global project - Exciting and friendly work environment - Work in an international team without rigid corporate rules - Training in ecommerce and development opportunities - Performance bonus Recruitment Process: 1.
