The Group Compliance team is responsible for investigations related to workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation, under EEO laws, civil, and human rights policies. We are seeking an additional dedicated resource for complex, sensitive investigations. Responsibilities Lead or assist with employee and industrial relations investigations across various locations. Ensure investigations are thorough, fair, timely, and include root cause analysis and remedial recommendations. Assist the Director of Investigations as needed. Seek guidance from the Senior Compliance Manager – Ethics Helpline and Employee Relations Investigations. Provide guidance to non-investigative staff. Ensure case records are accurate and maintained in the case management system. Analysis and Monitoring Monitor investigation trends to identify systemic issues and propose solutions. Compliance Support Assist with policy creation, interpretation, risk assessment, trend analysis, and best practices in employee and industrial relations. Requirements Degree in law, human resources, or similar. Specialist training in investigations, including interviewing, is desirable. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of forensic tools is a plus. Extensive experience in workplace investigations, including EEO, civil, and human rights issues. Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of Modern Slavery compliance. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Ability to handle complex investigations independently and professionally. Empathy, objectivity, integrity, and continuous improvement mindset.
