About the Role We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, ADA-compliant landing pages and reusable Webflow components. You will apply your expertise in JavaScript and DOM customizations to resolve accessibility issues, integrate third-party libraries like Swiper.js in full compliance with ADA standards, and implement fixes based on ADA audit feedback from our accessibility team. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers to ensure accessibility and design fidelity from Figma to final build, maintain a component library or CMS structure in Webflow to support scalable development, and ensure interactive elements meet focus, visibility, and usability standards across devices.
