Key Responsibilities: - Lead the company-wide implementation of a Technology Realization process, ensuring seamless integration and value realization from technology investments. - Oversee the Technology Stage-Gate Process, providing guidance on technical-commercial readiness for R&D; projects and supporting de-risking and go/no-go decisions. - Partner with project teams to develop robust business cases, deployment strategies, and commercial review processes to maximize financial return and strategic impact. - Assess and maintain high standards for technology stage-gate practices across the organization, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth transition of enhanced technology management processes. - Provide expert guidance on business case development, IP strategy, supply chain development, deployment plans, business models, and value realization. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; advanced degree highly desirable. - At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in commercial technology development and value realization, preferably in oil and gas, chemicals, and related industries. - Subject matter expertise, business acumen, and effective change management skills required. - Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) systems and Operation Excellence (OE) process development. - Proven track record of working with multi-cultural teams and developing productive relationships.
