Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Outpatient Clinic | Maryland Location: Columbia, Maryland Job Type: Full Time Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits We are a reputable outpatient healthcare provider in Maryland, dedicated to offering high-quality, compassionate care to our community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and make a lasting impact on patient care. We are looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to provide exceptional care, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of medical conditions. Job Duties: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions in the outpatient setting Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) and prescribe medications Provide patient education on disease management, wellness, and preventative care Perform minor procedures, as needed, under the supervision of physicians Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and outcomes Master’s degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification from an accredited program Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility) BLS/ACLS certification required Previous outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based incentives and bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays 401(k) with employer match Continuing education support and professional development opportunities Flexible work schedule options (full-time or part-time) Positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
