Business Partnering – Work with assigned client groups in support of selecting, aligning, and growing top talent. Responsible for wide range of HR programs and policies including but not limited to the recruitment, performance, organizational development and talent strategy, lifecycle events, separations, and realignment/creation phases. - Connect regularly with business function leaders to understand current state of the workforce and identify future needs. - Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures. - Provide information and general support to employees and managers. - Initiate exploratory meetings for new positions, including replacements/backfills and new roles. - Create and revise position descriptions for competitive market pricing. - Drive the recruitment efforts with support of the Recruiter. - Interview candidates and lead debriefs. - Coordinate new hire offer packages with the Recruiter. - Assist with new employee onboarding. - Promptly investigate complaints/issues and make recommendations resolution. - Partner with managers on development strategies for employees. - Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to make recommendations to management for corrective action and continuous improvement. - Coach managers and employees on compensation philosophy and provide updates to various aspects of the performance and compensation approach as needed. - Initiate documentation for changes to employee records. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for aspects of employment. - Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs, as needed. - Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 CDP proudly offers to all employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week market-leading health benefits including medical, dental, vision and prescription, etc. Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field. Experience Required 5 years: 5 years: • Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience specializing in employee relations.
