Responsibilities: Cooperate with the Sales Network to propose target commissions, top dealers, and campaigns for two-wheeled producers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, based on nationwide targets and competitors' policies. Support RSM/ASM/DSM in POS opening activities for brands such as Honda, Yamaha, Yadea, and Piaggio. Implement new processes tailored to local needs (e.g., TW0BOD/ALDI). KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience in Key Account, Sales Administration, Procurement, or Product positions. Experience in Banking, Consumer Finance, Fintech, TW Producers, or Retail industry is a plus. Ability to manage a high volume of documentation effectively. Detail-oriented with good teamwork, stakeholder management skills, and a supportive attitude. Basic English skills (reading and writing).
