We are looking for an Information Specialist who will: Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) to automate workflows within the reporting and data processing ecosystem. Leverage the capabilities of Power Platform to design apps and pages, allowing the creation of service centers. Develop intuitive interfaces that facilitate the setup and management of service centers, enhancing user engagement and efficiency in service-related processes. Collect and analyze transactional data from a variety of imperfect data sources to ensure the breadth, depth, and quality of reporting information. Design data solutions to include intermediate reports, analytics, dashboards, templates, Power BI cubes/reports, scorecards, and other BI solutions. Design and construct reusable report parts and templates. Analyze the results, reconcile, and implement data solutions. Work with Data Architects, Information Specialists, and Data Scientists to establish system interfaces using ETL tools for the purpose of data integration. Identify fraudulent activities, and continued compliance with industry standards and practices. Specialist are expected to identify risk-related trends within the portfolio and are responsible for approval, execution of escalations, exceptions and interacting with customers or other internal departments. We are looking for candidates who: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Statistics, related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in English in a business environment 2 years of experience working with Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Familiarity with some of these tools: Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Analysis Services, Power Pivot, Toad for SQL Server, AWS, or Azure.
