About the Job The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of ad campaigns and creative projects within the Creative Studio. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills who can coordinate internal teams, manage client expectations, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, account managers, and external partners to keep projects on track and foster creative innovation in attention-based advertising. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Management: - Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery. - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution. - Act as the primary contact for project updates, providing regular status reports. - Maintain clear documentation and communication to align stakeholders on project goals, timelines, roles, and responsibilities. - Identify risks or roadblocks and proactively suggest solutions. - Meeting Coordination & Communication: - Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring they are outcome-driven with clear action items. - Collaborate with leadership to communicate project statuses and launch details organization-wide. - Resource Allocation & Process Adherence: - Ensure resource availability and proper allocation to prevent delays. - Adhere to project timelines, milestones, and workflows, seeking continuous improvement. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Collaboration & Innovation: - Partner with Account, Sales, Ad Ops, and Product teams to align project deliverables with client goals. - Work with designers and strategists to develop innovative creative solutions. - Assist with data entry and extraction for tracking and reporting. - Qualifications: - At least 1 year of project management experience, preferably in a creative or advertising environment. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. - Basic data analysis skills to inform creative decisions. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Client-facing experience with relationship management skills. - Proficiency in English and ability to support Pacific US time zone. - Nice to Have: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or related field. - Understanding of UI/UX, user flows, and visual language. - Experience in a service-oriented or creative agency setting. - Knowledge of ad tech platforms and digital media. - Familiarity with data visualization tools. - Personal Attributes: - Entrepreneurial mindset: Ownership and proactive problem-solving. - Attention to detail: High standards for quality and consistency. - Collaborative spirit: Enjoys teamwork and cross-functional work. - Creative thinker: Passionate about design, innovation, and pushing boundaries.
