Job Description Final responsible for the end-to-end consulting and development for the Analytics & Activation Practice with the client and internal teams (sales, modeling, and CS). Must have strong knowledge of Analytics & Activation solutions (Route to Market) and coordinate junior team members to contribute to the development of the Analytics team. Build solid partnerships with Nielsen’s clients by providing insightful insights and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including complex or customized studies. Guide the team (Consultants and Interns) during project execution, managing their workload and supporting them throughout the projects. Ensure a thorough review of all project inputs and processes with team members. Encourage and challenge team members to craft clear, persuasive stories in deliverable reports using analytical flow and storytelling techniques. Ensure reports contain actionable recommendations demonstrating strong knowledge of the category and client project. Maintain strong and effective client management through email and meetings. Be recognized by clients as a key "solution expert" and a trusted partner. Challenge clients on their objectives and business questions effectively. Qualifications: Excellent understanding of client needs. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
