Their goal is to do this in a highly cost-effective and compliant way, leveraging our resources in a cross-sector environment. **Position Description**: The Invoice to Cash Junior Analyst for Reports, controls and Reserves team is responsible for all activities related to ITC reports, controls and reserves aligned with the policies and procedures in JnJ at regional and multisector scope. This position must support the internal customers for strategic decisions and analysis from an operational perspective. **Main activities**: - Analysis and calculation of reserves by quarter aligned with the JnJ policies and procedures. - Calculate reserves latest estimates to different stakeholders to drive actions in advance and help to mitigate BS/P&L; risks or capture opportunities - Follow up ITC key control metrics for the different markets. - Support different initiatives and ITC projects, driving improvements and creating new ways of work as needed - Assure the audit controls related and support the internal and external audit requirements - Support and connect with internal Stakeholders (Collections, Finance, Compliance, ATR, Taxes, Credit) - Perform and support the financial closings. - Perform other work-related duties. - Connect with customers to build positive long-term relationships.
