Read more about the life in PayU here **About the Role**: This role is responsible for managing of acquiring and operational processes, bank and transaction settlement, clearing and reconciliation processes. Management of loading and resolution of controversies and chargebacks with Franchises, in its different stages. **About you will do**: - Review the completeness and timeline of the reports generated, prior to transmission to regulatory entities, control entities, allies, and any external entity. - Manage the final repository of reports addressed to external entities, in such a way that there is a centralized custodian of transmitted information, this implies follow-up, history and availability of such reports. - Generate the reports required to carry out the accounting closing process and the reserve every business day. - Download the files hosted by the providers on the SFTP transfer server in the DING SharePoint folder designated for this purpose. - Track the consumption of enhanced and personalized cards. - Monitor the delivery of physical cards by Interservice. - Keep track of the cards, whether physical or virtual, generated by the Omnipayments portal. - Reconcile the Physical cards given the reports of Omnipayments, Interservice and GYD. - Carry out the Issuance reconciliation. Prepare the quarterly report on VISA franchise operations. - Download from visa the monthly billing of the franchise. Review the charges generated and also report to the responsible areas. - Carry out the servibanca reconciliation (adjust ATM withdrawals). - Carry out the update of the acquisition rates. Likewise, parameterize the annual reports and maintenance of businesses in the ASNET portal. - Update customer information requested by the different areas of the company. - Settle and solve controversies and chargebacks arising from the product of acquisition and issuance of cards. - Help build and continually improve the ANS of the area of operations. - Analysis and solution of PQR's associated with the products and services offered by the company. - Respond to the SPQRF on billing and reports that arrive from the different control entities, SAC, and SFC. - Track the consumption of transactions authorized and declined by the processing network and the authorizer. **What you need to succeed**: - Bachelors in accounting, economy, business administration, finance or related careers. - More than 3 years of experience in compensation, liquidation with SPBV and franchises. - At least 2 years in the financial market. - Management, analysis and data analysis in data banks such as (SQL, Access, otras) - Advanced proficiency in Excel. **About us**: **Our Commitment To Building A Diverse And Inclusive Workforce** As a global and multi-cultural organization with varied ethnicities thriving across locations, we realize that our responsibility towards fulfilling the D&I; commitment is huge.
