The Role of a Sr. Engagement Manager at Coupa: As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will oversee end-to-end implementation of the Coupa solution, either directly or through certified partners. You will ensure successful 'go-lives', serve as a system expert, and align implementations with customer business goals. Your responsibilities include managing reporting, risk analysis, resource allocation, and project delivery. What You'll Do: Guide customers to focus on their goals, ensuring on-time, successful implementations Build strong partnerships with customers and team members Lead all phases of implementation from mobilization to deployment Facilitate process discussions on best practices Coordinate with Coupa service partners during implementation Engage customers in business need discussions beyond basic features Provide technical and functional expertise during implementation Demonstrate and configure the full Coupa platform to meet client needs Develop and improve implementation templates, training, and presentations Follow and adapt Coupa's implementation methodology to each client Share experiences and provide mentorship to colleagues Work effectively individually and in teams, with travel up to 50% Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions What You Will Bring to Coupa: Experience with Procure to Pay processes is highly desirable Preferred experience with SaaS and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Workday 10+ years in systems consulting, either internally or with a consulting firm Strong client management skills and successful implementation track record Experience with SaaS, financial accounting, customer management, or sales automation software is a plus Previous senior consulting experience with applications like Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Salesforce, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, SAP, Oracle Excellent communication skills Experience in software configuration and demonstrations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's Degree required Evidence of significant career growth Applicants should submit an English resume #LI-AA2 #LI-Hybrid Coupa is committed to equal opportunity and fostering an inclusive environment.
