This is a remote role **THE ROLE** **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING** As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with our client success and product team during the pre-sell phase to assess client requirements, evaluate cloud-based solutions, and recommend the best-fit solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and operations to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. Additionally, you will help to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and risk reduction. This is a full-time position, based in the US. **Responsibilities**: - Provide consultation and technical expertise to clients and team members during the discovery process - Evaluate client requirements and recommend the best-fit cloud-based solutions - Design and develop complex enterprise-level solutions using cloud-based infrastructure, database, and software engineering technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions - Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and risk reduction - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud-based technologies - Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams to ensure a clear understanding of solution architectures - Participate in knowledge-sharing activities to help grow the team's technical capabilities - Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions/approaches for improving current architectures and implementations - Migrate legacy systems and monolithic architectures into modern cloud-based service-oriented/microservice architectures **YOUR SKILLS** **WHAT WE REQUIRE** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud-based infrastructure, database, and software engineering - Deep understanding of cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform - Experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise-level solutions using cloud-based technologies - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Knowledge and understanding of programming languages (Typescript, JavaScript, Python, Java, C#) - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Experience in pre-sell engagements and providing technical consultation to clients is preferred - Experience in mobile development is a bonus - Experience building and working with CI/CD pipelines and their best practices - Experience in health care is a bonus - Experience leading technical teams **WHAT WE OFFER** - Home-Office Based Role - Up to 25 paid time off days per year - Competitive health insurance coverage - Potential to travel to client sites internationally - Working with the leading brands in fitness and wellness - Work with a global team - Ability to grow - over 90% of employees who have been at SweatWorks for over a year have received promotions and/or raises - Reimbursement of internet and gym expenses SweatWorks is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
