We are currently expanding our development and support center of excellence, and we’re looking for talented professionals to be part of the exciting projects we’re building. **Please read all requirements before applying!** **About the Role**: As a Junior Accountant, you will be part of the financial team providing accounting support to one of our key clients in the prefabricated housing industry in the U.S. - **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support the full accounting cycle (accounts payable, payroll, tax filings, reconciliations, reporting, etc.). - Communicate directly with clients to manage their accounting processes. - Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial records. - Use accounting tools such as QuickBooks. - Collaborate with the team to improve accounting and financial processes. **Requirements (Must-Have)**: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. - 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. - B2 or higher English level (verbal and written communication). - Basic knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills. **Nice to Have**: - Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. - Familiarity with audit processes and tax compliance. - Experience in financial data analysis and continuous improvement. **Benefits** - Freelance, long-term contract directly with a US company. - Competitive salary according to experience. - **Quarterly bonuses** of 25% (+800,000 COP). - English classes. - Birthday off + 20 days of PTO. - Hybrid work (3 remote days and 2 on-site days).
