You: The BusinessAnalyst within Feedzai’s Professional Services team plays acritical role in bridging the gap between our clients’ businessrequirements and Feedzai’s cutting-edge fraud prevention andpayments solutions. This role focuses on understanding clientneeds, maximizing the use of Feedzai’s solutions, and ensuringseamless delivery. The Business Analyst will bring expertise inpayments, fraud detection, and prevention to identify businessneeds, propose tailored solutions, document user stories, andensure functional testing aligns with requirements. Your Day to Day: - Collaborate with clients to assess solution fit, identifyproduct gaps/alternatives, and document detailed businessrequirements, particularly in the fraud prevention domain; - Serveas the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Feedzai’s fraud and paymentsproduct offerings, providing guidance to internal and externalstakeholders; - Conduct current-state analysis of client systemsand processes, designing optimized future-state process flows thatalign with fraud mitigation best practices; - Document and validatecustomer requirements for each project, ensuring alignment with Feedzai’s product capabilities; - Manage multiple projectssimultaneously, demonstrating agility and the ability to shiftfocus as priorities evolve; - Proactively identify and addresspotential solution gaps before they become client concerns,maintaining a focus on financial crime prevention; - Collaboratewith Project Managers to define project scope, timelines, andphased delivery approaches when necessary; - Provide ad hoc projectsupport to ensure successful, on-time delivery; - Facilitate clearand effective communication between clients and Feedzai teams,asking insightful questions to align expectations; - Support the Risk Analyst team by translating client requirements intoactionable use cases for effective risk strategy; - Workcross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamlesscustomer journey and successful project outcomes. You Have &You; Know-how: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management,Engineering or similar field; - Minimum of 4 years of businessanalysis experience in software development or implementationprojects; - Experience in financial services, specifically banking,payments, or fintech; - Strong communication skills, with theability to pass on complex ideas to diverse audiences; -Customer-facing experience with the ability to build and maintainstrong client relationships; - Experience in writing detailedspecifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria; -Strong analytical and organizational skills; - Ability to thrive ina fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new conceptsand technologies; - Experience with the full Standard DevelopmentLifecycle (SDLC); - Proficiency in project management tools likeJIRA or Confluence; - Experience with Visio or similar flowchartingsoftware; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (mandatory); - Familiarity with API mapping anddesign; - Availability to travel up to 15% of the time. #LI-Remote#LI-BX1 Your First 30-Days at Feedzai: You will be immersed in ourbrand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with yourmanager.
