Our flagship product, CigarPhone , is a voice and SMS-based sales tool designed for cigar retailers who want to reach customers directly—no websites, no POS headaches, just phone + text. We help retail shops increase sales with automated SMS campaigns, restock alerts, and personalized customer engagement powered by AI. We’re not just selling software—we’re giving cigar shops a new revenue stream. What You’ll Do You’ll be our front line. You’ll call retail cigar stores in the U.S., introduce CigarPhone, and sign them up for our SMS sales solution. You’ll also follow up on warm leads and help onboard new clients. Cold call cigar retailers in the U.S. Follow up with warm leads and referrals Book demos and walk shops through our simple onboarding Maintain accurate records in the CRM Use AI tools to streamline outreach, notes, and follow-ups Collaborate with our U.S.-based team to share feedback from the field Must-have qualifications This is a fully remote role ; applicants must be based in Latin America or a similar timezone (UTC -4 to -6 preferred) Fluent in Spanish Minimum 1 year of sales experience 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or retail sales support Experience using CRMs like Hubspot, Zoho, or similar Background in retail sales, e-commerce tools, or POS systems Prior experience selling to U.S.-based retailers (bonus if in cigars, wine/spirits, or specialty goods) Comfortable using or learning AI tools to speed up outreach and manage follow-ups Familiarity with SMS marketing, Shopify, or direct-to-consumer systems About Us: Vitola Ventures is building the future of cigar commerce.
