You will work directly with the CMO and Marketing Operations team to offer insights into the performance of the marketing and sales funnel across various channels, stages, and campaigns. You will proactively analyze the data to detect trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks, and communicate those insights to the management team with dashboards and regular reporting. Your work will be critical to support data-driven decision-making at the highest levels of our company. If you are up for the challenge, we would love to talk with you! **Responsibilities**: - Perform deep data research and analytical work in order to provide data-driven insights and reports to our Marketing and Sales teams on campaign performance and ROI, lead attribution, and opportunity creation - Bring critical data to life through visualizations and produce actionable results that our business can leverage to set strategic direction and make decisions - Help build scalable solutions for individual campaign reporting needs - Create descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics & reporting solutions based on data trends found in lead generation and opportunity/revenue creation results - Run deep dive analysis on website performance, trends, load time, and engagement activity - Annual projects: Analyze multi-touch lifecycle of target accounts and measure effectiveness/predictability of the company lead and account score algorithms - Ongoing: Assist Marketing Ops with Campaign Report and Dashboard creation and strengthen marketing and sales analytics using the PowerBi business intelligence tool **Requirements**: - **2+ years** of professional experience as a performance marketing analyst, translating marketing or sales acquisition data into insights and solutions - Strong SQL understanding with experience in querying large, complex data sets - Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and experience building reporting dashboards using these tools (Power BI preferred) - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills - Effective communication skills to present critical data to multiple stakeholders - Ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work - Ability to influence and work with others in cross-functional teams - Results and measurement-oriented - Comfortable working independently and ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision - Prior execution of digital and offline channel attribution analysis preferred - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field **About the company**: It is a global payables automation platform that provides a cloud solution to scale and automate global payables operations.
