Join our People team in Pluxee Colombia as HR Director. Your next challenge What you'll be doing: - Co-construct with local Comex team, Pluxee global and regional teams a local business strategy in line with the global, regional and local business priorities. - Identify and use relevant contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to support the local HR strategic choices and direction. - "Design a people strategy implementation roadmap by establishing related People accountabilities (in talent acquisition, Comp & Ben, L&D;, records management, talent management, workforce planning, Employee relations and retention, labor relations)." - Regularly monitor and evaluate progress toward the achievement of strategic objectives. - Develops HR budget by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances. - Monitor and analyse HR financials, initiating corrective actions where needed. - Work with the local management team to identify and deploy appropriate performance management methodologies in line with the company culture and global methodology. - Integrate the global talent management process throughout the local organization. - Contribute to the establishment of development and succession plans for all positions in the country (including own position and direct reports). - Build a coherent local learning and development plan and deployment roadmap to support the achievement of business goals and in line with the global L&D; priorities. - Develop a solid talent acquisition process, relevant to the local context (process, flow, tools) and in line with the latest talent acquisition trends. - Oversee and manage the employee compensation plan and process in accordance with Pluxee Benefits & Reward's global requirements and the specifics of the local market. - Oversee and manage employees’ benefits and create a comprehensive benefits program. - Lead the local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, plans, and programs. - Develop a local workforce planning to support the local business strategic choices. - Applies the principles of organizational design efficiencies (spans, layers, workflows, procedures). - Collaborate with the local Comex team to adapt the organizational structure to enable the achievement of the local business realities / objectives, then develop plans to implement new changes. - Together with the executive team, drive Engagement of employees by defining and implementing supporting initiatives based on deep knowledge of the context and the team and on the insights from the team members. - Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being. - Support the development of HR team members by developing consistent individual development plans for all team members. - Manage the performance of the local People team by setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project team members. - Hold the local People team members accountable for achieving their performance objectives by holding regular performance review meetings. - Act as advisor for the management team and all teams members on all People management related topics (talent acquisition, Comp&Ben;, L&D;, records management, talent management, Employee relations and retention, labor relations).. - Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive policy framework within HR function. - Represents the organization in a variety of industry and professional forums to promote the value of the company brand. - Together with the local marketing team, works on adapting and deploying the Pluxee Benefits & Rewards Brand principles and EVP through the local organization. - Together with the local marketing team, ensure the promotion of Pluxee, the brand at all levels in the company and outside the company across the country. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of local employment laws to ensure compliance with relevant employment practices and regulations. - Lead the implementation of the global HRIS locally You’re a match - What we're looking for: Education Requirements: - Univerity Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations or related fields. - Labor law: Strong knowledge and understanding of the local employment laws. - Fluent English (C1) + country language Experience Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience as a HR director/HR manager or other key collaborator role in a country executive team. - International experince or experince in a mutinational company is a plus - Previous experience with HR systems, databases and data analytics. - Setting strategic plan : has already set a strategic plan in previous role. - Previous experience of a global international company that has gone through a digital transformation or that is already fully digital (native or not) is a plus. - Leadership of team with solid and senior directors.
