As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Project Coordinator Assistant to join our team and help us build and maintain efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions to support our patients and staff. Position Summary: Support key initiatives across IT, cybersecurity, and Special Operations by coordinating Agile workflows, tracking project progress, and helping implement secure, scalable technologies. This role ensures our clinics and systems run smoothly and aligns projects with business goals—ideal for early-career project managers who enjoy organization, cross-functional teamwork, and making an impact in healthcare. What You'll Do: Coordinate and track project tasks related to IT systems, security updates, and analytics tools across multiple departments Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress boards (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira) to keep teams aligned Help plan and support Agile/Scrum meetings including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Support the implementation of ticketing and support team structures following ITIL/ITSM best practices (L1–L3) Work closely with team leads to ensure helpdesk and technology support teams scale with business growth Assist in scheduling and communication between departments and external technology partners (e.g., MSPs, AWS consultants) Coordinate onboarding/offboarding efforts, software rollouts, and policy enforcement with IT teams Support documentation and status reporting for compliance-related tasks and audit preparation Help track key data projects using platforms like Looker, Snowflake, or Quicksight Monitor project health, identify bottlenecks, and support delivery across remote and clinic-based operations What You'll Bring To The Team: 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, IT support, or technology operations role Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Monday.com) and Agile methodologies Basic understanding of cloud-based platforms such as AWS or general SaaS infrastructure Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams Interest in technology, data, or cybersecurity and a desire to grow in these areas We Offer You: Opportunities to work in a fast-paced startup environment supportive of teamwork, ownership, and purpose.
