The Head of Quality for Industry will oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes ensuring manufacturing sites and design control centers are compliant with relevant ISO standards and interacting with regulatory bodies. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of quality management systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management roles, a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, and knowledge of quality standards and industry-specific regulations. Develop and maintain effective quality management systems that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Establish processes and procedures for complaint handling, quality control, document control, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish strong supplier quality management processes. Monitor product quality throughout the production process and address any non-conformities. Continuous Improvement: - Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization by leading initiatives to enhance quality processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce waste. Customer Satisfaction: - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.
