Job description: We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary internal point of contact for all AdvancedMD (AMD)-related questions from providers and clinic staff. You will play a key role in supporting the rollout of AMD across our platform and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for users. This role does not require prior AdvancedMD experience, but familiarity with EHR systems or other workflow platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Epic, Athenahealth, etc.) is a strong plus. What matters most is that you are comfortable navigating complex systems, highly responsive, and enjoy helping others troubleshoot with kindness and clarity. Responsabilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for internal AMD technical questions and support needs from Allevio providers and staff. • Act as the named support contact during EHR transitions for each new division (i.e., your name will be listed in official materials). • Provide timely, clear, and friendly guidance for login/access issues, navigation questions, and workflow problems. • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the Allevio Tech team when necessary to escalate or resolve more complex problems. • Track common issues and help build internal FAQs and documentation to improve user experience. • Coordinate with the Data Management team to ensure seamless alignment between system support and operational workflows. • Maintain a high standard of communication-ensuring users feel supported and understood at all times.
