We’re looking for a confident and professional individual to be responsible for the management of our internship placements and the account management of our partner companies across our global destinations, as well as our virtual internship program. The Placement Coordinator role is essential to the growth of The Intern Group as it is directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our international company partners, as well as crucial to our vision in providing mentorship and support to our global students to help them realize their potential.This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing, world-leading organization that is helping to lead innovation in the international education sector. Hours: 40 hours per week (Full Time) Expected start date: Open * YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES* - Build and maintain relationships with partner companies across our global destinations. - Expanding our network of partner companies through business development and creating new opportunities to contribute to the growth of TIG. - Manage and be responsible for the internship placements across our programs. - Support interns and companies through each stage of the placement process with clear and frequent communication. - Ad hoc complaint management with both partner companies and placed interns before and during the period of their internship. - Support the Placement team and global team in projects that improve our programs. - Execute on placement targets and ensure that YOY global arrival targets are met. - Responsible for Internship feedback (NPS) and ensuring the quality of all internship placements. - Execution of global account management strategies. * YOUR SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS* - Completely fluent in English and Spanish.
