Job Overview TaskUs is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property, ensuring maintenance of approved quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians, cleaning crews, and other facilities personnel. - Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards. - Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of facilities staff. - Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems. - Ensure proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure within the facility. - Identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency, sustainability, and space utilization. - Serve as liaison between the facilities team and other operational or administrative departments. Requirements: - Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Electronics and Communications Engineering Degree or equivalent - Three-year experience in Facilities and Building management. - Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Able to translate big picture ideas into client objectives Benefits: Competitive industry salaries and comprehensive benefits packages.
