Senior Sales Manager Role The Senior Sales Manager oversees teams that drive revenue growth and manage performance through customer success and retention activities. They lead sales teams, focusing on coaching and training team members while building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team to achieve business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction - Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date - Enable team members to remove roadblocks and resolve challenges to support sales opportunities - Monitor and drive team call time and productivity, conducting weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions - Analyze data and performance trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices - Stay current on client services and market developments, informing the team on the latest trends and direction - Escalate client issues and respond promptly - Maintain communication with Sales Director and external clients to foster strategic relationships - Work with clients on reporting and forecasting - Ensure team understanding of operating plan targets, sales targets, and client performance targets - Develop a coaching platform with internal resources and external partners - Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds - Build business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations - Improve sales processes and achieve positive customer experiences - Lead the buying/renewal process to achieve greater client satisfaction Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role in a multinational environment - 4+ years of experience in the technology sales industry - BPO experience preferred - Passion for customer experience and driving team results - Experience in operations and strategy building - Excellent people management, leadership, and coaching skills - A record of developing and retaining great employees - Experience maximizing revenue through best practices - Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Problem-solving skills as a manager
