Location: Remote | Department: Art/Marketing | Job Type: Full-time Overview We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our fast-paced marketing and product development team. This role will focus on developing custom-shaped product proofs, realistic mock-ups, and compelling visual content for both internal and external projects. If you have a strong sense of spatial design, a knack for translating 2D concepts into polished 3D representations, and enjoy collaborating on both B2B and marketing-driven initiatives—this is the job for you. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Custom Product Visualization - Create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings and mock-ups for custom-shaped promotional products. - Interpret design briefs and translate flat concepts or vector files into accurate 3D models and visuals. - Collaborate closely with account managers and graphic designers to ensure brand accuracy and client satisfaction. Marketing Projects (Internal & External) - Design 3D visuals for use in campaigns, sales presentations, website content, social media, and email marketing. - Support the marketing team with conceptual 3D illustrations that bring abstract or new ideas to life. - Generate interactive views, animations, or fly-throughs when needed for digital materials or client pitches. Collaboration & Workflow - Work with the graphics, sales, and production teams to streamline the custom shape proofing process. - Manage and organize 3D asset libraries for reusability and consistency. - Assist with templating or automation for high-volume rendering scenarios. Requirements Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in 3D design, modeling, or product visualization. - Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, SolidWorks, or equivalent. - Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering principles. - Solid grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a team-based environment. Preferred: - Experience working with promotional products, packaging design, or B2B custom manufacturing. - Familiarity with prototyping tools or augmented reality visualization. - Motion graphics/animation skills a strong plus.
