About the Role We’re looking for a Recruiter focused on Engineering and Technical Hiring to join our Bogotá office and help us scale our world-class tech and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll work closely with our engineering leaders and hiring managers to ensure Zoe continues to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent across Latin America. Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements. Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Manage and optimize our ATS (Breezy), ensuring data accuracy and smooth process flow. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure technical fit and cultural alignment. Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Support other areas of hiring as needed. Provide a high-touch experience for every candidate and contribute to Zoe’s employer brand. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on engineering/tech/adm roles. Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of current hiring trends. Strong written and verbal communication in English Experience using modern ATS tools (e.g. Breezy, Greenhouse, Lever). Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and strong judgment in assessing candidate fit. Benefits: Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission for successful hires.
