About The Role We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketer t o lead paid media strategy and email optimization efforts. You’ll work closely with external agencies and internal teams to drive growth, improve retention, and maximize ROI across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok Analyze performance and identify opportunities to scale or improve ROAS Manage and improve email marketing campaigns for growth and retention Collaborate with creative teams to develop assets that perform Track, report, and iterate on growth experiments Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data Requirements 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Hubspot) Experience working with or managing external agencies Previous experience working with e-commerce brands is required Advanced English skills (written and spoken) Proven track record of improving acquisition and retention metrics Analytical mindset and strong communication skills Experience working with U.S. companies is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
