The main goal of this position is to advise strategic partners and develop concrete strategies to help them grow. As part of Rappi, your responsibilities will include: Resolving issues and understanding partner needs. Collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure growth strategies align with company goals. Maximizing account profitability by identifying opportunities to increase product sales and improve operational indicators. Analyzing account data to identify patterns and trends, adjusting growth strategies accordingly. Increasing partner engagement and digital marketing sales (Ads). Monitoring sales behavior to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement, developing growth plans. Becoming an industry expert: understanding market opportunities and industry dynamics. What are the requirements to join this neon universe? Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in portfolio management, sales management, consumer goods, or retail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experience. Passion for sales and maintaining partnerships. Analytical skills and a passion for data to build strategies based on insights. Entrepreneurial mindset: resilient with problem-solving abilities. Seeking challenges and constant growth opportunities within the company. Bonus: experience with Power BI and CRM systems.
