We are currently looking for an Engagement Manager responsible for delivering solutions that meet client needs and fostering positive client relationships. What do we value? We seek an Engagement Manager to assess client needs, identify requirements, and develop projects to improve business operations. This role involves analyzing business data, assigning tasks, and solving problems. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects across AMS, EMEA, and APAC regions. Build strong customer relationships & lead customer meetings. Manage scope, schedule, and budget. Handle deployment records and resource forecasts. Document lessons learned and capture case study data. Manage client escalations and risks. Identify resource needs and prioritize work with customers. Ensure understanding of delivery methodology. Keep stakeholders informed & send executive summary reports. Coordinate knowledge transfer processes. Facilitate sales-to-delivery processes. Transform deliverables into actionable plans. Manage project schedules with the services team. Ensure projects follow the assigned methodology. Collaborate on workshop sessions. Update resource plans. Coordinate pre and post go-live activities. Necessary Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related experience. Proven experience in general consulting, service management, project management, and ServiceNow projects. ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification – preferred. Scrum Master Certification – preferred.
