We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are eager to help customers troubleshoot software-related issues, we want to hear from you! Position Overview: As a Customer Support Representative , you will be responsible for assisting customers with minor issues related to our software products. Support is primarily provided via phone, and a portion of the team will specialize in our accounting software — for which familiarity with accounting terminology is highly valuable. Work Schedule: Working hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM 5 days per week with 2 days off , assigned on a rotating basis Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting minor software issues. Assist customers in resolving technical problems professionally and efficiently. Support customers using our accounting software, ensuring clarity in communication (for relevant representatives). Log interactions, feedback, and technical issues in our CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Prioritize and manage multiple customer cases simultaneously. Requirements: Fluent or advanced English (written and spoken). Experience in customer service, preferably in tech support or a software-related role. Familiarity with accounting terminology/software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
