What will be your mission? As a Management Assistant Trainee, you will be responsible for various duties in the hotel. What will you do? Work on several projects simultaneously Understand and apply the policies and practices of the hotel and chain Monitor performance by collecting relevant data and producing statistical reports Maintain controls of services and documentation procedures Assist in setting quality assurance compliance objectives and ensure targets are achieved Ensure procedures and quality standards are understood, implemented, and evaluated; investigate modifications if necessary, including monthly audits of standards in every department Consider environmental, health, and safety standards Support superiors efficiently Perform related duties and special projects as assigned Contribute to HR and team motivation Maintain quality standards Participate in projects What are we looking for?
