Role Description: As an International Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for evaluating transportation, bonded, and brokerage options to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the objectives of the International Operations Department. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate air, ocean, and land transportation for assigned accounts, ensuring cost-effective and time-sensitive solutions through vetted carriers. Evaluate routing options and service levels to meet client requirements, with management guidance as needed. Ensure strict compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies. Communicate clearly and promptly with overseas partners and clients to facilitate global operations. Manage shipment documentation accurately and maintain detailed trace notes throughout the process. Resolve customer and vendor disputes professionally, escalating issues when appropriate. Proactively monitor shipments to identify and address risks, ensuring on-time delivery. Required Skills: Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 6 to 12 months of experience in ocean import logistics, freight coordination, or operational support; internships in maritime logistics or financial/logistics documentation are also valued. Proficient in spoken and written English for effective international communication. Strong commitment to growth within operational logistics and proactive ownership of daily tasks. Excellent communication skills for follow-ups and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
