Overview The Business and Market Insights (B&MI;) team is seeking a Manager, Regional Product Manager, to support our Business Intelligence (BI) business for Latin America and the Caribbean region. This role is accountable for consistently delivering revenue and margin targets for our BI solutions, including non-transactional data insights and capability building platforms, across customer segments and go-to-market strategies throughout the region. Role In this leadership position, you will: 1. Lead development and continuous improvement of product packages to address recurring client needs, regional priorities, and ensure attainment of B&MI; revenue and margin targets. 2. Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products across distribution channels including one-to-one sales, market-wide sales, network-linked sales, and partnership sales. 3. Drive engagement and usage of Business Intelligence platforms by internal and external stakeholders. 4. Disseminate our main capabilities both internally and externally with engaging storytelling and data. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle. Develop activities to increase customer engagement and foster positive experiences with B&MI; solutions. 6. Partner with regional and global teams to develop and deliver innovations to our markets. All About You The ideal candidate should: 1. Have more than 4 years of experience in management consulting for financial services or digital product management in Latin America. Experience of more than 2 years in business development roles is highly valued. 2. Demonstrate high-level problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship-building skills. 3. Exhibit Mastercard Way behaviors to be effective in cross-functional teams. 4. Be proficient and autonomous in Profit and Loss (P&L;) analysis and management. 5. Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly valued.
