Descripción Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and technical positions. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define clear job criteria. Identify and engage candidates through multiple sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job platforms, and employee referrals. Maintain and improve the ATS by ensuring accurate candidate data and seamless workflow management. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate both technical qualifications and cultural fit. Develop and nurture talent pipelines to proactively meet future hiring demands. Assist with recruitment efforts in other departments when necessary. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process and help strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Perfil buscado (h/m) We are looking for an IT Recruiter focused on Engineering and Technical Hiring to help scale our world-class tech and cross-functional teams across Latin America. The ideal candidate has 2 - 3 years of recruiting experience , particularly in engineering, tech, and administrative roles, and is highly skilled in sourcing, with a strong understanding of current hiring trends. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English , experience working with modern ATS platforms and a proven ability to manage multiple roles independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in assessing candidate fit are essential for success in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you are proactive, approachable and people-oriented, this is for you! This role interacts with key stakeholders across the business, so strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships are essential. We're seeking someone who is naturally outgoing, enjoys engaging with others, and can read different personalities and adapt their communication style accordingly.
