Position Title: Senior Marketing Operations Technical Analyst Location: Remote - LATAM What you will be doing: The Senior Marketing Operations Technical Analyst translates business needs into technical solutions supporting marketing strategies. This role manages both routine and complex marketing campaigns, collaborating with teams to improve operational processes. The analyst leverages technical expertise and problem-solving skills to align technical efforts with marketing goals, focusing on documentation, communication, and digital marketing solution implementation. - Develop and document technical specifications based on marketing business requirements. - Coordinate with Business Analysts and Project Managers on project approaches, roles, schedules, and campaign activation processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical needs, providing diagrams and wireframes. - Communicate with Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical solutions. - Participate in campaign meetings to track timelines, decisions, and updates. - Analyze system impacts and plan solutions aligned with strategic objectives. - Design and implement digital marketing solutions using audience data to improve outcomes. - Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues in campaigns. - Ensure data accuracy, campaign configuration, and process documentation. - Design marketing workflows and communication strategies as a solution architect. - Lead collaborations with external agencies and internal stakeholders. - Complete tasks timely, with a focus on quality and detailed documentation. Required Skills & Experience: - Extensive experience in managing and designing marketing campaign processes. - Technical expertise in marketing systems and data management, including Google BigQuery. - Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration. - Ability to create clear technical documentation and process diagrams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex issues. - Intermediate experience with marketing campaign setup and audience data management. - Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Basic SQL knowledge for code review and snippets. - Basic Python knowledge for communication with developers. - Basic HTML, CSS, and responsive email design understanding. - Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques. - Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira. Nice to Haves: - Experience with MessageGears, Adobe Targeting, Airship, or Moveable Ink. - Digital marketing certification. - Ability to interpret customer journey insights.
