Reporting to the VP of Digital, we’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented OpEx/Digital Operations Manager to join our team. You’ll drive operational efficiency, streamline digital workflows, and support key initiatives across our eCommerce and marketing platforms. This is a high-impact role on a small, collaborative team within one of today’s most exciting and fast-growing DTC brands. Role & Responsibilities Shopify systems management Managing new product uploads in partnership with the Ecomm team Oversee product availability and fulfillment, including presale initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition between online orders, in-store pickups, and shipping Managing order fulfillment across all channels DC integration System integration and inventory management Ensure seamless integration with Shopify and DC portals & WMS Coordinate inventory sync, troubleshooting issues with inbound receipts, order fulfillment, and return processing Utilize system capabilities to improve processes and visibility Omnichannel platforms management Collaborate with IT and digital teams to leverage technologies (e.g., inventory management systems, CRM, mobile apps) to enhance the omnichannel experience Stay current with digital trends and technologies Manage execution of the omnichannel strategic plan and assist with reviews and updates Work cross-functionally with digital, retail, and logistics teams Liaise with customer service to drive operational improvements Support retail operations to ensure a seamless customer experience Data analysis and reporting Build reports and dashboards to track customer experience and platform efficiency Use data and metrics to inform strategic initiatives Workflow optimization and troubleshooting Manage digital workflows to maximize efficiency Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution Develop and maintain documentation for digital processes and procedures Key traits we’re looking for Proven Shopify expertise and understanding of the platform Technical background with experience in Digital Operations Store & retail experience is an asset Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong communication skills and effective collaboration abilities Agile mindset, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills Department: Digital Location: Victoria or LA based, hybrid with 3 days in office, 2 days remote flexibility Reports to: VP of Digital / Director of Omnichannel Salary: $80-$100K Mat leave replacement Submit your application here .
