The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, design, and social media management, with a focus on driving brand awareness and business growth. You will work closely with the team to develop strategies that help attract new clients and expand our reach in the market. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc. Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting. Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, blogs) that resonates with our target audience. Use tools such as Meta Business Suite and HubSpot to manage and analyze campaigns. Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our outsourcing services and attract new clients. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly. Experience in paid social media campaigns will be considered a plus. Design & Content Creation: Design promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital graphics for online platforms. Create visuals for social media posts, website content, and email marketing campaigns. Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice and tone. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva is preferred. Assist in lead generation activities by creating content that attracts potential clients. Support the sales team with marketing materials and client outreach strategies. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using tools like Google Analytics. Recruitment Marketing: Create and manage content that supports recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Promote our company’s culture and job opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation. Strong skills in graphic design. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics. Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies. Experience with paid campaigns on social platforms is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and recruitment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
