We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide best-in-class service within the operation service lines, supporting our DGFF regions and countries across the globe. The role involves comprehensive training to proficiently perform activities such as file opening, document management, shipment support, processing entries like registration and invoice declaration, managing invoice and costing, data validation and enrichment, and global customer support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Understand the documentation requirements of the station’s / country’s operations and ensure job execution as per standard operating procedures. 2. Ensure department SLAs and KPIs are met according to delivery guidelines. 3. Deliver high-quality service through timely and accurate completion of tasks. 4. Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and service improvements. 5. Flag operational challenges to supervisors and business partners promptly. 6. Coordinate with stakeholders for communication and information flow as defined for the service. Required Skills/Abilities: 1. Bachelor's degree (any field). 2. 0-3 years of experience in BPO or logistics domain. 3. Proficiency in MS Office. 4. Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. 5.
